Face to face sessions are conducted from my office based at Selby Wellness Clinic, a practice also offering osteopathy and Pilates in a quiet building set back from the high street.

Telephone sessions are offered to enable those who may find face to face difficult to access the opportunity to engage with therapy. All calls are free of charge whether mobile or landline.
